Shipping & Delivery
Total delivery time is typically 6 to 11 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes:
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 5–9 business days
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 per order, regardless of order size. This rate applies to all deliveries within the United States and includes full tracking.
At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. We'll announce any expansion of our shipping coverage on our website.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local delivery office
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
- If you still need help, contact us and we'll assist you
It's the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, before your order ships.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to confirm the correct details. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from signs of wear, washing, or post-delivery damage
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

To begin a return:
- Email support@timothy-matthew.com with your order details
- Wait for return instructions and the correct return address from our team
- Carefully package your item with all original materials
- Ship the item using a reliable, trackable carrier
Please retain your tracking number until your return has been processed.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
The exception: if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of return at no charge to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact us.
Yes. We allow exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, including different colours or styles. Please mention this when contacting support@timothy-matthew.com and we'll help arrange the exchange.
If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email support@timothy-matthew.com within a reasonable time of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll provide a suitable resolution at no additional cost.
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@timothy-matthew.com.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process after delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address, swap a colour, or update an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before your order has been processed (within 1–2 business days of ordering).
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible. In that case, please proceed through the standard return process after delivery.
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
If you don't see either email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us with the email address you used at checkout.

Our frames share consistent medium proportions designed to feel comfortable on a wide range of adult faces. The split between our Men's and Women's collections is aesthetic, not based on different sizing standards.
This means you can confidently shop across both collections based on the silhouette and colour you prefer.
Product & Care
Yes. All Timothy Matthew sunglasses include UV400 protection, blocking 99–100% of UVA and UVB rays. Our lenses are also scratch-resistant.
Our frames are crafted from a lightweight metal-acetate blend, with anti-slip arms and soft nose pads for all-day comfort. Frames are designed to feel substantial without weighing you down.
To keep your frames looking new:
- Wipe lenses gently with the included microfiber cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, and abrasive cleaners
- Store in the included hard case when not in use
- Avoid leaving frames in direct sunlight or high-heat environments (like a car dashboard)
