Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
  • Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt)

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  2. Wait for return instructions and the correct return address
  3. Carefully package your item with all original materials
  4. Ship the item using a reliable carrier

Please retain your tracking number until your return has been processed.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or variation), please mention this when contacting us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@timothy-matthew.com within a reasonable time of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@timothy-matthew.com.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Once approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact us.
